  • Advance Payments are Non-Refundable: To initiate a project, we require an advance payment, which is used to allocate resources, plan, and begin work. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Custom Services are Non-Reversible: Every project we undertake is custom-built based on client requirements. Since web development, design, and marketing efforts involve intellectual labor and time, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

  • No Refunds for Completed Work: Once a project is delivered as per the agreed scope, no refunds will be provided, even if the client decides not to use the final product.

2. Payment & Project Scope

  • Finalizing Requirements: Before making a payment, clients must thoroughly review and confirm their project requirements. Any additional requests made after project initiation may be chargeable.

  • Project Adjustments: If a client requests modifications after work has started, we will evaluate the request and accommodate changes within the project scope where possible. However, significant alterations may be subject to additional costs.

  • Disputes & Chargebacks: Clients are expected to communicate any concerns directly with us. Chargebacks or payment disputes through financial institutions will be considered a violation of our policy, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

3. Exceptions & Alternatives

While we do not offer refunds, we may provide the following alternatives in special cases:

  • Service Credits: In certain cases, WebDesino may offer service credits that can be used for future projects instead of a monetary refund.

  • Adjustments & Fixes: If the delivered work does not align with the agreed project scope, we are open to making necessary adjustments within the project timeline.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation: If a client decides to cancel a project before work begins, they may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative and processing fees. Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.

  • Company-Initiated Cancellation: WebDesino reserves the right to cancel a project under certain circumstances (e.g., policy violations, uncooperative clients, or unethical requests). In such cases, any refunds or service credits will be determined at our discretion.

5. Read Before Making a Payment
