1. Overview
At WebDesino.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality website development, branding, and digital marketing services to businesses of all sizes. Our processes are transparent, and our deliverables are tailored specifically to your brand and business goals.
As we deal in customized digital services, our policies differ from those of product-based businesses. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be granted and sets expectations to protect both parties.
2. Advance Payments – Strictly Non-Refundable
All projects require an initial advance payment, typically a percentage (e.g., 50%) of the total project cost. This advance is used to:
- Reserve development/design/marketing team time
- Conduct discovery and planning
- Begin wireframes, mockups, and research
- Set up tools, services, and software
🔒 This advance is NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances, even if the client decides not to proceed after project initiation. By paying the advance, the client agrees to this policy.
3. Project Cancellation Policy
We understand that business needs may change. If you wish to cancel the project:
- You must notify us in writing via email to support@webdesino.com
- Any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly
- If your payments till date are less than the value of the completed work, the remaining balance will be invoiced and is payable within 7 days
- No refunds will be provided for completed work or services that have already been initiated
4. Payment Milestones & Refund Conditions
For larger projects with milestone-based payments:
- Each milestone will have clearly defined deliverables and due dates
- Once a milestone has been delivered and either accepted or not disputed within 7 business days, the corresponding payment becomes non-refundable
- In case of disputes, WebDesino.com will review and address valid concerns, but refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases where no work was started or delivered and at our sole discretion
5. Scope Changes & Additional Costs
Refunds will not be provided due to:
- Change of business direction or strategy
- Delayed feedback or lack of responsiveness from the client
- Client-provided materials or content delays
- Request for features or services outside the original scope
Any additional work or changes requested after the project has started will be quoted separately.
6. Delivery & Approval Timelines
To keep projects on schedule and avoid misunderstandings:
- Clients must respond to feedback requests, approval requests, or queries within 5–7 business days
- If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 days or more, the project may be placed on hold. After 30 days of inactivity, the project will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued
- Reactivation of abandoned projects may require a re-initiation fee
7. Marketing Services: No Performance-Based Refunds
Marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, branding, content marketing) are inherently variable and depend on multiple external factors. Therefore:
- No refunds will be issued based on lead quantity, sales volume, ad performance, or rankings
- We guarantee the execution of agreed strategies, not specific results
8. Quality Assurance and Revisions
We are committed to your satisfaction. We provide:
- A defined number of revisions (usually 2–3 per milestone)
- Final approval before project closure
However, we do not offer refunds once the work is delivered and approved unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Refund Process (if applicable)
In the rare case a refund is approved by WebDesino.com management:
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days
- The refunded amount will be prorated based on the unutilized portion of the project and work already completed
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of unresolved disputes:
- Clients must contact us at support@webdesino.com
- We aim to resolve all concerns amicably
- WebDesino.com reserves the right to take appropriate legal or professional steps if disputes are escalated without prior communication
