  • WebDesino is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials, approvals, or responses.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Ownership of Content

  • All custom designs, code, and web solutions developed by WebDesino remain the property of WebDesino until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, the client will receive ownership rights, except for any licensed third-party elements (such as plugins or stock images).

B. Client Responsibility

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that all text, images, videos, or content provided do not violate copyright, trademarks, or any intellectual property laws.

  • WebDesino is not liable for any legal actions resulting from the use of copyrighted or unauthorized content provided by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • WebDesino is not responsible for any losses, damages, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our services or website.

  • We do not guarantee SEO rankings, third-party software performance, or server uptime unless explicitly mentioned in a contract.

  • WebDesino is not liable for security breaches, hacking, or unauthorized access to client websites unless covered under a maintenance contract.
